"Great service from Luke!"
Luke provided me with great service recently when I needed to track down some touch up paint for the lovely Hansen chairs I own. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. Next time I am looking to buy something lovely for my home I will look at Skandium.

"I contacted Skandium as a chair of ours…"
I contacted Skandium as a chair of ours had lost a foot plate. I bought the Cael Hansen chair years ago, but not from Skandium. Neverthless, Luke Jeffrey was incredibly helpful - he contacted CH, sourced the replacement part and has had it forwarded to me - with a lot of diligence and good humour - at no charge. Awesome service!

Not good at keeping in touch with the customer about delivery timelines . Excellent at sending emails asking us to spend more money though!
Delivery guys ontime, polite and took away all packaging - excellent - just a shame about Skandium - we had to do all the chasing with a full payment made 8 weeks ago

"We want to expressly thank Luke…"
We want to expressly thank Luke Jeffries, the Customer Care person with Skandium, for handling a complex purchase from afar. The order was placed by me in the US but the U.K. delivery label was missing a house number and went back to DPD. Luke sorted that out first but, once the package was correctly delivered, damage had been done to the package and the contents had shattered en route. Luke then fielded queries from both me and my daughter, the recipient of the gift, and immediately arranged that a replacement Iittala platter be sent to her Oxford address. Luke was marvelously responsive to both of us in rectifying the problems with the shipment. We are very impressed as don't usually encounter such quick and attentive customer service here in the U.S.

Still nothing on Jan 24 and no communication from them. They clearly take the order and money then buy the item. Very bad customer service

"One of the best delivery experiences I’ve had"
One of the best delivery experience I’ve had! Received a message with the exact number of minutes before my order would arrive (!!), my package was carried up a total of 6 full flights of stairs, unpacked, put together and then the huge box was removed and taken back. Thank you!

"Excellent customer service from Luke"
I recently contacted Skandium when my Vipp kettle developed a fault. Luke could not have been more helpful and quickly arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped out directly. Fantastic communication and a great customer experience. Highly recommended.

"Very efficient delivery carried out by David"
Very efficient delivery carried out by David. All done remotely as I was at work and my 10 year old had to answer the door!
I do have an issue with Skandium as the chair that I ordered took 5 months to arrive - but that was not David’s fault!

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"
The wait times are insane
You can't speak to anyone
WE had a damaged package arrived and then cancelled all packages but they then arrived taking up room in our house and we can never get hold of ANYONE!!!
This is the third time this has happened to us.
